The  school  proposes  to  provide  such  equipment and resources  to its  students  as will  promote  a  comprehensive  learning.  Our  most  valuable  resource  will  be  our  teachers.

Our  teachers  are  artists  and  scientists  providing  inspiration  and  facilitating  awakening  in  each  child.  They  are  role  models,  patient,  proactive  and  committed  to  raising  the  self  esteem  of  each  child.

TEACHERS  ARE  STUDENTS  TOO

A  teacher  can  teach  only  if  she  is  first  a  learner  herself.  The  teachers  at  The Mayoor School will  go  through  several  hours  of  training  programs  throughout  the  year  to  be  in  sync  with  the  current  trends  in  education.  They  will  reorient  themselves  to  their  vocation. Regular  teacher  training  and  exchanges  with  the  Mayo  College  will  ensure  a  standard  of  pedagogy  which  will  be  in  step  with  the  current  trends  in  delivery  of  instructions.
